DAY 1 - Arrival Figueres Warm up loop to Roses 52km, 175m
- Arrival and 1st Ride: Starting in Figueres, the birthplace of Salvador Dalí, pedal through the rolling landscapes of the Alt Empordà region, passing vineyards, olive groves, and charming Catalan villages. Follow quiet country roads and gentle trails, gradually approaching the Mediterranean coast. As you reach Roses, enjoy breathtaking views of the Bay of Roses, known for its golden beaches and crystal-clear waters. That will be an introduction to your trip and the occasion for tuning the bikes.

DAY 2 - Figueres Santuari de la Mare de Deu del Munt 90km 1550m
- Ride:This demanding yet rewarding ride takes you from Figueres to the iconic Santuari de la Mare de Déu del Mont, a climb revered by cyclosportive riders. Departing from Figueres, the route winds through the stunning Alt Empordà countryside, with rolling hills and quiet backroads leading to the foothills of the Garrotxa region. The final ascent is a true test of endurance: 18 km of climbing with sections reaching double-digit gradients, offering breathtaking views over the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. At the summit, the historic sanctuary provides a well-earned moment of rest, with a panoramic vista making every pedal stroke worthwhile. A must-ride for cyclists seeking a challenging and scenic adventure in Catalonia.

DAY 3 - Figueres Col de Banyuls - Cadaques 87km 1300m
- Ride: This scenic and demanding route starts in Figueres, leading to the Col de Banyuls, a rewarding climb with breathtaking Pyrenees and Mediterranean views. Descend into Banyuls-sur-Mer, then ride along the stunning coastal road through Cerbère, crossing back into Spain via Llançà and Port de la Selva. The final stretch takes you to the Cap de Creus, a spectacular, rugged headland offering panoramic sea views. A perfect mix of challenging climbs and coastal beauty

- Ride: After breakfast, we will move to Girona to ride this classic cycling loop from Girona which takes you up the scenic climb to Els Àngels, a favorite training route for professional cyclists. The steady ascent offers stunning panoramic views before a flowing descent into the charming medieval village of Monells. From there, the ride continues through quiet country roads towards Cassà de la Selva, before returning to Girona. With smooth tarmac, rolling terrain, and breathtaking landscapes, this loop is perfect for both training and exploration

DAY 5 - Olot Loop - Via Verdes 112km - 1120m

After reaching Olot, the return follows the Via Verde (Greenway), a former railway line offering a smooth, car-free descent through lush forests and charming villages like Bescanó. Perfect for both training and leisure, this route combines challenging climbs with a relaxing ride back to Girona.
